Every person needs to AVERAGE 1.66 miles a day or 11.62 miles a week. You can do it however you like. Things that count are running, jogging, walking, biking, swimming, and any distance covered on aerobic machines. You will enter in the Internet log miles you have completed since you last entered your miles.

Do I have to just run?
No, you can walk, jog, bike, or swim. Distance covered on aerobic machines counts as well.

How much distance will I have covered when I finish?
Everyone who averaged the 1.66 miles a day will have run just over 200 miles.

Do I have to run everyday?
No, the 1.66 miles a day is just an average. You can do it however best suits you.

Does it cost anything to participate?
No, the march is free for participants.
